Job summary

Manchester Rehab & Healthcare Center is seeking an HR Director/ Payroll to join our administrative team. The role focuses on payroll processing, onboarding, and supporting hiring efforts to ensure high-quality patient care.

The HR Director will be involved in day-to-day payroll duties, onboarding new staff, and coordinating interviews, reference checks, and benefits information during employee terminations.

Qualifications

• One year HR/Payroll experience in healthcare or similar services industry.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day payroll duties and functions.
• Onboarding documents and orientation for new employees.
• Manage time clock and payroll processing in facility system.
• Assist with hiring & recruiting needs; complete reference checks and arrange interviews.
• Handle benefit information for employees during termination.

• Help with all hiring & recruiting needs, Complete reference checks and arrange interviews for qualified applicants for positions to be filled
• Complete necessary benefit information for employees during the termination process.
