Job summary

EPIC Healthcare in Totowa, NJ, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead our HR operations for staff and residents. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, compliance, payroll, benefits, and performance reviews while shaping a positive workplace culture.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in HR or related field (Master's preferred) with healthcare/long-term care HR experience, strong knowledge of employment laws, and proven leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR management experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.
