Horsham Center for Jewish Life in North Wales, PA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead our people strategy in a 324-bed long-term care community. You will guide HR programs, supervise a team, and shape policies to support residents and staff.

You will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, develop training initiatives, and partner with department heads to build a compassionate, person-centered workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology, or related field strongly preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in HR leadership roles.

• Manage and lead a team of HR professionals to provide exceptional service to employees and management.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Horsham Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Human Resources Director (HRD) to join our team. QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology, or a related field strongly preferred.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience as HR Director
• Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to build rapport with employees
• Knowledge: Familiarity with employment laws and CMS SNF/LTCF regulations
