Horsham Center for Jewish Life is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead the HR team and shape the employee experience in a person-centered care setting.

You will develop and implement HR strategies, deliver training, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with department heads to implement policies while fostering a compassionate work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in HR or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience as HR Director.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and CMS SNF/LTCF regulations.

• Manage and lead a team of HR professionals to provide exceptional service to employees and management.

Horsham Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Human Resources Director (HRD) to join our team. As a leader in long-term care, we are dedicated to providing a person-centered approach to care and a friendly atmosphere for our residents. The Director of Human Resources will play a vital role in shaping the employee experience and fostering a positive work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology, or a related field strongly preferred.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience as HR Director
• Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to build rapport with employees
• Knowledge: Familiarity with employment laws and CMS SNF/LTCF regulations
