What You’ll Do

As the HR Director, you’ll lead all things people — from talent acquisition to employee relations, compliance, benefits, and beyond. You’ll be the go-to strategic partner for leadership, ensuring that policies, programs, and culture align to support both employees and residents.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Develop and implement HR policies and programs across the organization
• Guide workforce planning, organizational development, and change initiatives
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and retention
• Manage benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement efforts
• Serve as the voice of HR — building trust, promoting fairness, and celebrating success
• A seasoned HR professional (5+ years of progressive HR management experience)
• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• A proactive communicator, strong decision-maker, and compassionate leader
• Experienced in healthcare or a similarly complex, regulated environment
