Job summary

LHH is seeking a Director of Human Resources in Rancho Cordova, CA to lead HR strategy and operations for a growing distribution and logistics organization. This role demands 10+ years of progressive HR experience and 5+ years of managing direct reports, with a track record of promoting internally.

You will mentor leaders, own recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and investigations, benefits administration, and workforce planning, all while balancing strategic

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with 5 years direct reports.
• Leadership, mentoring and coaching capabilities.
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, manager coaching, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and operations for distribution, warehouse, logistics, and supply chain.
