Job summary

AOM Healthcare is seeking a energetic Human Resources Director to join our management team at our 125-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Hardin County. You will manage applicant tracking, interview scheduling, benefits enrollment, and payroll data entry while upholding employment policies and fostering a positive work environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in applicant tracking, payroll coordination, and HR administration in healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Experience with applicant tracking systems and coordinating interviews.
• Experience maintaining employee files and payroll data input.
• Ability to explain benefits and assist with enrollments.
• Healthcare or HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate applicant posting, interviews, and pre-employment tasks.
• Assist employees with benefits information and enrollment.
• Maintain employee files and payroll-related records.
• Educate and interpret company employment policies and procedures.
• Oversee timeclock, punches, vacation and sick days for tracking and payroll.

We are a 125 bed, Skilled Nursing Facility in the Hardin County area looking for a energetic, and kind Human Resources Director. We are an equal opportunity employer looking for someone to be a part of our management team and provide great customer service to our new hire canddiates and current team members.

We are looking for someone with prior experience in:

Applicant job posting and tracking

Working with other departments to set up interviews and pre employment tasks such as orientation and other related tasks

Helping new and current employees with our benefit information and assist with enrollment

Developing and maintaining employee files

Supporting the management team in educating and interpreting employment policies and procedures

Overseeing the timeclock, mispunches, vacation and sick days for tracking and payroll

Inputing hours and related data for payroll processing.

Must be a "cheerleader" for our great employees! Recruting and Retention are Key!!

Prior healthcare or HR xperience is preferred
