Bethesda Care Center, located in Fremont, Ohio, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Human Resources Director to join our dedicated team. As our new HR Director, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive and productive work environment, ensuring the highest level of care and service to our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, hiring, training, and personnel management
• Develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies, and procedures to promote a positive work culture
• Collaborate with department heads to identify and address staffing needs, develop staffing plans, and manage scheduling
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring, and address employee issues in a fair and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Analyze and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, time-to-hire, and employee engagement
• Develop and manage a budget for employee engagement and recognition

Requirements:
