The Human Resources Department, supported by 19 talented team members and a FY 2026/27 budget of approximately $5.7 million, provides a comprehensive range of human resources services supporting the City’s diverse and high-performing workforce.

Ideal candidates will bring seven years of progressively responsible public-sector personnel experience, including two years supervising and managing professional human resources staff, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. A Master’s degree is desirable.
