foster an open, honest culture that values every person, including our employees.

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Human Resources Director to lead our HR function and

help us attract, develop, and retain the talented people who make our mission possible.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Human Resources Director will plan, lead, and coordinate all

aspects of the HR department. This role provides leadership, consultation, and practical guidance on

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations & Culture: Develop strategies that strengthen the employee experience and work-life balance. Advise leaders on performance management, employee relations, and best practices for resolving concerns.
  • Leaves of Absence: Oversee the Leaves of Absence program, ensuring FMLA and personal unpaid leave requests are administered accurately, equitably, and in full compliance.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention: Design and implement recruitment and retention strategies that attract high-quality candidates and support long-term employee engagement and retention.
  • Compliance & Policy: Ensure ongoing compliance with employment laws and regulations. Conduct internal audits, maintain accurate documentation, update policy manuals, and prepare required reports.
