This position serves as a strategic partner to leadership while overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, policy development, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to recruit, hire, and retain top talent.

• Support organizational audits, accreditation surveys, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Foster employee engagement through effective communication, recognition programs, and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, employment law, and HR best practices.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in healthcare, home health, or hospice is preferred.
