Job summary

Euclid Beach Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time entry-level Human Resources Director to oversee essential HR functions and payroll processing in our Cleveland-area facility. Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proficient in the use of a personal computer.
• Previous payroll/HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and process records for hours worked by facility employees.
• Assist new employees with payroll forms and HR files.
• Help employees enroll in company benefits programs.
• Maintain confidential employee records and personnel files.
• Maintain orientation and training documentation per policy.
• Perform administrative HR tasks and support functions.
• All other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and process the records for hours worked by employees at the facility.
• Assist new employees with the requisite forms necessary to set up payroll records, master employment files, and electronic records in timekeeping and HR/Payroll system.
• Help employees understand and enroll in the company’s benefits programs.
• Confidentially maintain employee records/personnel files.
• Maintain accurate new hire orientation, training and development documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform a variety of administrative services to perform and support all Human Resources functions.
• All other duties as assigned.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Proficient in the use of a personal computer
• Previous payroll/HR experience
