Stars Behavioral Health Group is hiring an LVN/LPT for our Desert Hill Crisis Residential Treatment in Victorville, CA. The role provides direct client care, medication administration, and supervision of unit staff during a 10-hour AM shift.

You will document nursing activities, communicate with the team, and contribute to resident stabilization and transition planning. CA LVN/LPT license, CPR/First Aid, and 1 year of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active California LVN or LPT license.
• Minimum 1 year of medication administration experience.
• Inpatient mental health experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.

• Provide direct client care, including medication administration.
• Supervise the nursing activities of unit staff.
• Order, prepare, and document medications per physician orders.

Key duties include ordering, preparing, and documenting medications according to physician orders and confirming pharmacy deliveries. The role also requires communicating important information to the team, writing weekly client summaries as assigned, and maintaining accurate nursing documentation throughout the shift.
