Job summary

Rodgers Builders is seeking an HR Coordinator for our Charlotte Headquarters. You will support payroll, records, reporting, recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration as part of a collaborative Human Resources team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist with payroll administration and processing of employee information and deductions.
  • Maintain employee records and HR system data (new hires, promotions, transfers, compensation changes).
  • Support HR reporting and workforce analytics by compiling data and generating reports.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, audits, and employee engagement initiatives.

We’re looking for an HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team at our Charlotte Headquarters.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions

Our Human Resources team is committed to being a trusted partner to the organization. We work collaboratively with leaders to align people initiatives with business objectives, ensuring our employees have the support, resources and opportunities they need to succeed. Whether through talent acquisition, employee development, operational excellence, workforce planning, or employee engagement, we believe HR plays a vital role in driving organizational success. As an HR Coordinator, you’ll be an important part of that mission while gaining valuable experience across a broad range of HR disciplines.

  • Assist with the administration and processing of payroll, ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of employee information and deductions.
  • Maintain employee records and HR system data, including but not limited to, new hires, promotions, transfers, compensation changes.
  • Support HR reporting and workforce analytics by compiling data, generating reports and assisting with information requests.
  • Assist with the coordination of recruiting and onboarding activities.
  • Assist with benefits administration, compliance activities, audits, employee engagement initiatives, employee training and development activities and special projects as needed.

Requirements / Experience
