Rodgers Builders in Winston-Salem, NC is hiring a Safety Coordinator to promote site safety and protect crews across our projects. You will conduct jobsite inspections and oversee OSHA 10/30 training, First Aid/CPR/AED, and incident reporting to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Jobsite inspections
• Willingness to learn construction safety (OSHA 10, OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR/AED)
• Write reports and follow-up for compliance
• Onsite one on one training with employees
• Assist in completing accident investigations
• Assist in employee injury investigations
• Conduct employee orientations in the field
• Attend pre-construction meetings
• Conduct site safety meetings
• Maintain Construction Infection Control Institute (CICTI), and CCHT/CCHM certifications
