Rodgers Builders is seeking an HR Coordinator for our Charlotte Headquarters. You will support payroll, records, reporting, recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration as part of a collaborative Human Resources team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with confidential information.
• The ability to organize, prioritize and proactively engage key stakeholders on competing priorities.
• A desire to learn, grow, and adapt, embody Rodgers’ values and collaborate well with others.

Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll administration and processing of employee information and deductions.
• Maintain employee records and HR system data (new hires, promotions, transfers, compensation changes).
• Support HR reporting and workforce analytics by compiling data and generating reports.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, audits, and employee engagement initiatives.
