Southfield Wellness Community is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our caring team and help shape the culture of our skilled nursing facility. You will support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and staff engagement to ensure residents receive high-quality care.

The role requires at least 1 year in HR or a related field, with 2 years in HR Coordination in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred. We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Human Resources Coordinator you are instrumental in shaping the culture of the facility. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at by overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources department, assisting department managers with all aspects of personnel matters, pre-screening and on-boarding all facility new hires and maintaining positive employee engagement. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, one (1) year experience in human resources or a related field; with two (2) years of prior Human Resources Coordinator experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferable.
