We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional HR Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. This position plays a key role in employee onboarding, HR administration, record maintenance, benefits support, and recruiting coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, confidential, customer-service focused, and eager to grow within the HR field. Based on HR assistant role descriptions found in enterprise resources, common responsibilities include employee record management, recruiting support, onboarding coordination, HRIS maintenance, and employee communication support.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
