Hawk Ridge Systems is continuing to expand throughout North America by growing our talented team of human resources professionals and adding a remote Human Resources Coordinator who will play a critical role in ensuring smooth execution of the HR and People Team’s operational and administrative responsibilities. As a key support to the People division, this role helps drive internal processes which ensure that the employee experience is efficient and compliant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building order out of chaos, is obsessively detail-oriented, and wants to be part of a high-impact HR/People team. This role offers exposure to key HR systems and strategic People initiatives, making it ideal for someone looking to grow their career in Human Resources.
Some of the responsibilities of this role entail employee lifecycle administration (onboarding and offboarding, and managing the HRIS platform and Document Manager system), managing ongoing deliverables (such as internal stakeholder reports, holiday schedules, employee announcements, employee recognition programs, and event planning), as well as systems and data management (updating employee records in UKG Pro, reconciliations, and report coordination). Additionally, this role will serve as the main point of contact for administrative-related human resources inquiries. The Human Resources Coordinator ensures that the 'back office' of the People division runs seamlessly and reflects our company’s commitment to our Core Values and our People Victory Condition.
