Job Description Summary
Key Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities
The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources and Learning & Development functions. This role facilitates a variety of critical processes, including Onboarding, HR systems administration, Employee Recognition, and Learning platform logistics. The Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for new hires and supports ongoing employee engagement and development initiatives. This role is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional to gain meaningful experience and make a direct impact on employee experience and organizational culture.

Salary Range: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour. Individual salary will vary based on skills and experience. Discretionary incentive compensation may be available based on company and individual performance.
