Our client, a professional organization, is looking to add a Human Resource Coordinator to their growing team.

Salary/Hourly Rate

$45k - $55k

Position Overview

The Human Resource Coordinator will serve as an Onboarding Specialist and will support the Human Resources department by managing onboarding processes and HR functions, including compliance tracking, hiring and interviewing, benefits administration, and maintaining company policy adherence.

Responsibilities Of The Human Resource Coordinator

  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, interviews, background checks, new hire onboarding, and recognition programs.
  • Administer HR programs such as compensation, benefits, performance management, safety, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies while maintaining accurate training, certification, and eligibility records.
  • Provide guidance on HR inquiries, support disciplinary processes, and stay current on industry trends and best practices.

Required Experience/Skills for the Human Resource Coordinator:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to learn HRIS and talent management systems.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Human Resource Coordinator:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience.
  • ADP software.
  • SHRM-CP certification.
  • Experience managing onboarding programs.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
