About The Role

We are seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to join our HR team and support both Human Resources and Learning & Development operations. This position plays a critical role in enhancing employee experience, ensuring compliance, and coordinating important internal processes from onboarding to employee engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career HR professionals looking to expand their knowledge across a broad range of responsibilities in a high-performing remote work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including background checks, I-9 verifications, IT setup coordination, and internal communication
  • Maintain HR systems including UKG, BAI, and LinkedIn Learning; handle access and password resets
  • Maintain employee records and support day-to-day HR inquiries and processes
  • Support learning and development initiatives by launching training programs and coordinating live sessions
  • Administer performance management cycles and monitor progress
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs and company events
  • Maintain HR-related content and postings on the company intranet
  • Provide administrative support and assist with special HR projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of HR support experience required; familiarity with UKG is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of discretion in handling confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Competitive hourly compensation: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on skills and experience)
