Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator at Improved Piping Products, Inc. (IPP)

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruiting efforts, including job postings, applicant tracking, screening, interview scheduling, documentation, and follow-up.
• Conduct onboarding activities to orient new employees on company policies, procedures, and culture.
• Maintain digital employee files and perform periodic audits.
• Manage applicant tracking system and recruiting files.
• Assist HR Manager with compliance training facilitation.
• Support benefit enrollment meetings and updates.
• Assist with event planning and celebrations.
• Handle employment-related inquiries, referring complex matters to HR Manager.
• Resolve employee issues related to benefits and insurance providers.
• Assist employees with enrollment in dental, vision, and medical insurance plans.
• Provide ongoing support to HR and benefits teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

• Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with HRIS systems.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Previous experience in HR, recruiting, or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.
• Bilingual proficiency is required.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
