Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (“CSG Law”) is seeking a human resources coordinator for our New Jersey office.The human resource coordinator is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting multiple office locations and remote workers. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, continuing legal education, professional development, employee relations, performance management, learning, policy implementation and employment law compliance. The Firm is not accepting recruiter submissions for this role.
Essential functions:
Physical demands: This is largely a sedentary role; however, some travel and lifting are required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. The employee must occasionally lift office products and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.
Required education and experience:
Position type and expected hours of work: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with some overtime required. The Firm offers hybrid work schedule; however, the demands of the position require on-site 4-5 days per week.
Salary range: The expected salary range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000. The actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including (without limitation) the applicant’s qualifications, relevant experience, and other certifications or professional licenses held.
The anticipated salary range listed is just one component of CSG Law’s total compensation and benefits package which includes (but is not limited to) discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident, and disability insurance; health savings accounts and flexible spending accounts; and a 401(k) plan.
