Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Our client is a retail company. They seek a Human Resources Coordinator to join their Manhattan, NY office.

Responsibilities

  • Support the various points of the employee life cycle
  • Contribute to the compensation and benefits processes
  • Handle employee updates and changes in Workday
  • Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives
  • Aid in supporting client groups as needed
  • Help with overflow recruitment for roles as needed
  • Coordinate international transfers and secondments
  • Produce reports for the weekly staff meeting
  • Administer the recruitment system in Workday
  • Monitor and manage the background check process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR preferred
  • 3+ years of HR experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and client service skills
  • A positive attitude with a proactive approach to work
  • Calm under pressure and able to manage a heavy workload
  • Professional approach and able to uphold confidentiality
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite and Workday
