Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator II
Location: Moline, IL
Contract Duration: 15 Months
Expected hours: 40 Hours per Week
Schedule: HYBRID – 4 days in office 1 day remote. Day remote is flexible.
Pay Range: 19.75 $ Per hour

Major Purpose
This role primarily supports tactical aspects of HR processes while also contributing to higher-level HR functions. It is a specialized administrative position within Human Resources, involving performance management advising, non-exempt interviewing, payroll/time management, basic training facilitation, and coordination of employee relations events.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving HR inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Administer HR processes including talent acquisition, internal transfers, organizational management, employee records, and training administration.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Create and manage local document systems and prepare moderately complex documents and reports.
Analyze HR data to identify trends and contribute to business performance improvements.
Validate and process payroll data, prepare reports, and manage manual payments as needed.
Collaborate with HR specialists on process improvements and escalations.
Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
Skills & Competencies
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office software
Experience with SuccessFactors modules (Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.) is a plus

Education & Experience
Education: Post-secondary non-tertiary education; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
Experience: 4–6 months of office/operational systems experience preferred; 0–3 months acceptable
