Position: HR Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our human resources team. As an HR Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative support in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, and HR recordkeeping. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes and initiatives while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a customer service mindset.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist with recruitment and selection, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and reference checks.
  2. Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and ensuring completion of paperwork.
  3. Maintain HRIS records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  4. Support benefits administration activities and serve as a point of contact for employee benefits inquiries.
  5. Process payroll information accurately and timely.
  6. Administer and track employee leave requests.
  7. Support employee relations by maintaining communication, documenting concerns, and escalating issues.
  8. Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
  9. Assist in HR policy updates and communication.
  10. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  11. Provide general administrative support to HR.
  12. Assist with HR reporting and data analysis.
  13. Stay updated with HR best practices and legal requirements.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  2. Experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role.
  3. Understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  4. Familiarity with HRIS and MS Office.
  5. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  7. HR certification is a plus.
  8. Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration is desirable.
