Serenity Hospice is seeking an organized HR Coordinator to join our Bordentown office. You will orient and onboard new hires, handle documentation, and address HR-related inquiries in your territory.
This role requires 2+ years in a fast-paced medical environment, strong follow-up and employee relations skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel. You will work independently, support enrollment, credentialing, and policy compliance.
