• Help coordinate employee events, recognition programs, and facility initiatives.
• Support and guide management on employee relations, performance issues, and policy interpretation.
• Maintain HRIS and personnel files in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare-specific regulatory requirements.
• Lead training and development initiatives for staff and supervisors.
• Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and engagement strategies.
• Conduct investigations, mediate conflicts, and uphold a positive workplace culture.
