Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team! As our Human Resources Coordinator, you will work closely with the entire company to create a positive work environment for all employees. Your responsibilities include managing online job board postings, reviewing resumes to identify top talent, conducting interviews, and overseeing the onboarding process. You will also assist with performance reviews, coaching, disciplining employees, and conducting exit interviews. The ideal candidate has extensive HR experience, leadership skills, and strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain employee records and assist in internal audits of documentation.
  2. Create job descriptions, manage job board postings, respond to candidates, and facilitate candidate interactions.
  3. Conduct interviews, make hiring recommendations, and oversee onboarding of new staff.
  4. Assist with guidance and recommendations for disciplinary actions and terminations.
  5. Recommend policy updates to the company handbook and operational procedures.
  6. Oversee PTO and sick leave management, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  7. Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all HR activities.
  8. Assist with interdepartmental communication and staff issues to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a Human Resources environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Paycom, Workday, and similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership experience in managing a team.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, US employment laws, and industry best practices.
