~ Your Role ~

Summary / Objective

The human resource coordinator is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior management in supporting designated geographic regions. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, credentialing, retention and employment law compliance.

This is an IN PERSON job opportunity in Boca Raton:

  • 2500 North Military Trail, Boca Raton, FL 33431
  • Monday - Friday ~ 8:30am - 5pm (30 min lunch)

  • Searches for candidates on indeed and handshake and properly utilizes Paylocity to keep track of candidates.
  • Conducts recruitment effort for all RBTs and students, including prescreening and interviewing.
  • Conducts new-employee orientations; and all onboarding activities using Paylocity and Central Reach.
  • Participates in career fairs, and job fairs at universities and assists in educating students on the Applied Behavior Analysis educational track and Student Analyst programs.
  • Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
  • Answers phones for the HR team and provides coverage company wide as needed.
  • Performs HRIS data entry and personnel file maintenance.
  • Assists employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintains confidential personnel files and personnel actions.
  • Responds to reference checks and verifications of employment status.
  • Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
  • Assists management with HR projects.
  • Completes employment verifications for staff.
  • Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
  • Submits online investigation requests and assists with new-employee background checks.
  • Ensures compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification; periodically audits Forms I-9.
  • Ensures compliance with staff document management for insurance funder purposes.
  • Credentials staff with insurance funders.
  • Assists with the distribution and monitors employee performance evaluations and ensures they are done in a timely manner.
  • Performs other duties and HR related administrative tasks as assigned by management.
