Job summary

White Lodging in Austin, TX is seeking a friendly, energetic server to deliver top-notch dining experiences. You will greet guests, take and relay orders, and coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure accuracy and speed.

This role requires high-volume hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work weekends and holidays as needed. Training provided; benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure satisfaction with dining experience.
• Assign servers to sections, manage reservations, and seat guests.
• Maintain entryway and complete side work and cleaning tasks.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a friendly, safe work environment.
• Present a neat, professional appearance as an ambassador of the establishment.
• Be knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
• Process all payment methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
