Central Ohio Primary Care is seeking a full time Human Recourse Coordinator at our central business office in Westerville, OH. The Human Resources Coordinator provides operational and administrative support within HR and assists the HR team with a variety of key functions, across general HR Operations, Recruiting, and Total Rewards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Establishes a proactive and consistent approach to maintaining the commitments within HR’s service level agreement.
- Provide administrative support for various stages of the recruitment process, including job postings, phone screenings, resume screening, coordinating interviews, reference checks, and offer letters.
- Administers onboarding process for all new hires and students, including setting up pre-employment verifications through TPA, entering information in human resources information system (HRIS), coordinating training schedules, communicating with several key functional areas throughout the process.
- Prepares orientation materials on a bi-weekly basis, including preparing hard copy materials and supplies; and sending materials to participants as necessary.
- Provides administrative support to various learning and development programs to ensure clear communication with training participants and ease of registration or reimbursement processes.
- Assists in answering employee service number calls and general e-mail inquiries and fielding inquiries to the appropriate resource.
- Responds to requests for verification of employment that cannot appropriately field through our TPA.
- Builds and maintains strong working relationships with various employees and practice/department leaders.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
- Assists with wellbeing activities, including preparing and sending materials as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education, Licensures & Certifications
- Required: Associate degree in Human Resources or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Preferred: Minimum of one (1) year experience working in office setting, preferably in an HR department.
- Preferred: Minimum of one (1) year experience working in an HRIS, preferably UKG.
