Job summary

Medxcel is seeking a qualified HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams. This remote position involves recruitment support, departmental administrative activities, and collaboration with both Central Office and field staff. Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, an associates degree in a related field, and at least 3 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience providing administrative support required.
  • Experience in a department exposed to highly confidential information required.
  • Associates degree in Business Administration or related field is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide recruitment support including booking travel for candidates.
  • Participate in special project efforts related to HR operations and process improvement.
  • Conduct administrative portion of new-hire orientation.

The HR Coordinator is responsible forprovidingsupport to the Human ResourcesOperationsand Talent Acquisition teams including but not limited to, recruitment support, facilitation of talent acquisition strategies, project support, and general department administrative activities. This position is responsible for administering the employee referral bonus program and other special projects as needed.The HR Coordinator collaborates with Central Office associates as well as field staff and professionally representsMedxcelin all interactions by demonstrating a commitment to the mission, vision, and core values.

This position will be Remote- Home Office.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Support

  • Book travel for candidatesandcoordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Work with key stakeholders tocreate interview agendas and candidate interviewing guides.
  • Schedulejob fairs and other career eventsand provide support as necessary.
  • Create and manage requisitions inMedxcelapplicant tracking system (ATS), job boards, and social media.
  • Conductassociate and/or jobdata entry into HRIS and ATS.
  • Manage tracking of departmental metrics; develop reports as needed and work with applicant tracking system to ensure data accuracy.
  • Audit information for adherence to defined processes to ensure data integrity.
  • Manage employee referral bonus program.

HR Operations Support

  • Participate in special project efforts includingHR operational and process improvement, recruitment strategy, and support for corporate internship program.
  • Assist during Open Enrollment with tasks such as coordinating webinars with Training team, answering associate phonecalls, filtering associate emails to the appropriate resource, etc.
  • Complete employment and payroll verifications.
  • Conduct administrativeportion of new-hire orientation.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Coordinate necessary meetings and order office supplies for HR team members.
  • Review and reconcile departmental expense reports.
  • Assist in onboarding process of new associates.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Associates degree in Business Administration or a related field -required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field -preferred.

Experience

  • 3+years’ experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment servicing both internal and external stakeholders-required.
  • Experience in a department regularly exposed to highly confidential information -required.
  • Experience in a growing and evolving human resources services department -preferred.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications -required.
  • Ability to manage time and set priorities amidst multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Highly collaborative approach to working within a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening skills are critical.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to success.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and a self-starter who can assume responsibility for an effort and move forward with minimal direction.
