Human Resources Consultant

Salary: $75-85k depending on expertise

Overland Park, KS - HYBRID - 2 days remote, 3 days in office

37.5 hour work week -- 17 PTO days in the 1st year

Annual bonus available

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our Human Resources team. This HR professional will function as a generalist in the human resources field by providing coaching and counsel to small business owners in all areas of HR including employee relations, benefits, training, staffing, compensation and organizational development. We are looking for someone who has unique Employee Relations experience and the ability to guide business owners on successful employee resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline

• 1-5 years of directly related experience in all areas of Human Resources, including Employee Relations, Training and Development, Staffing, Compensation, Benefits and Organizational Development.

• Employee Relations is an absolute must have (documentation and discipline)

• PHR certification is preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills, including building relationships with senior leadership

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proven experience in group presentations and group facilitation
