Bally's Corporation is seeking an HR Specialist to support HRIS, compliance, and benefits administration across properties in Missouri and other states. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, managing HRIS data, and administering employee benefits. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and relevant HR experience, along with strong customer service skills.

The HR Specialist supports HRIS, compliance, benefits administration, talent acquisition, and FMLA administration for properties in Nevada, Colorado, and Missouri.
Target Salary Range: Minimum $24.00/hour.
