The Role:

The ideal HR Business Partner will drive both strategic and hands-on HR support, aligning people and organizational strategies with business goals. This role spans performance management, employee relations, compensation, and talent initiatives, while also supporting multiple functions and contributing to broader organisation development and training efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to drive organization design, performance, and talent strategy.
• Lead HR operations across compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
• Bring HR expertise in pharma/life sciences, including M&A, restructures, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Significant experience (5+ years) as an HRBP, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life science industry.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
