Join Us as a Human Resources Business Partner!

We’re looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (Consultant) to provide interim support during a maternity leave coverage period. This approx. 14 - week assignment is ideal for a commercially minded HR professional with a strong background supporting Sales and client-facing teams. You will serve as a strategic advisor, providing high-impact HR guidance while ensuring continuity across key people initiatives.

Working closely with our Sales and Operations leaders, you’ll bring a business-first mindset and deep HR expertise to drive outcomes during this critical coverage period.

This is a consulting engagement that can be held fully remote in the U.S.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Business Partnership: Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior and executive leaders, particularly across Sales and Revenue teams, providing guidance on organizational needs, talent priorities, and workforce planning.
  • Performance & Coaching Support : Guide managers through performance-related conversations, coaching and development efforts, and navigating employee relations matters.
  • Commercial-Focused Talent Management : Align HR support with the needs of revenue-driven teams, ensuring roles, performance, and rewards are effectively managed during the leave coverage period.
  • Engagement & Culture : Support engagement strategies and internal communication efforts to maintain team momentum and morale.
  • Change Management & Continuity : Help ensure smooth transitions and maintain consistency in processes and initiatives throughout the maternity leave period.

Who You Are

  • A seasoned HR leader with 7+ years of experience, including supporting commercial organizations (Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success).
  • Strong business acumen with a consultative approach to HR, demonstrating the ability to speak the language of the business and drive value.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and stepping into an in-flight environment with speed and precision.
  • Exceptional communicator and relationship-builder with the ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
  • Familiar with high-performance cultures and capable of balancing empathy with accountability.
