Job summary

Legacy Health, a nonprofit healthcare system, seeks an experienced HRIS Analyst to optimize HR systems for employees and the organization. You will collaborate with HR and IT colleagues to develop solutions that meet end-user needs and improve data accuracy.

You will manage system testing, upgrades, and security, lead select assignments, and serve as project lead for HR analysts while coordinating with Payroll and Management Audit on HR data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, computer science, business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years' experience with complex HR/payroll databases.
• Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
