Overview

Business Application Analyst II for a leading healthcare organization. Fully remote (PST or CST only). Direct Hire. Pay up to $50/hour DOE. Must come from a healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with departments, vendors, and leadership to design, implement, and maintain business applications.
• Analyze workflows, document requirements, and develop reports using SQL, QlikView, and Lawson BI.
• Manage system integrity, security, and software upgrades.
• Lead projects, support system rollouts, and train staff on new applications.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and innovate within business systems.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• Experience with Lawson, Kronos, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar systems.
• 3+ years of relevant IT/IS experience, including 2+ years in healthcare environments.
• Background in finance, procurement/supply chain, HR, payroll, or healthcare IS.
• Strong analytical skills, customer service mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in reporting and data analysis.
