The primary responsibility of this position is Talent Acquisition and recruitment.
The HR Associate will be responsible for managing and supporting the full-cycle recruitment process and working closely with hiring managers to attract and hire qualified talent.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer process, and pre-employment activities.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, recruiting platforms, employee referrals, agencies, and other channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment pipelines, candidate records, and provide regular updates on recruiting progress.
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes.
Onboarding & Employer Branding
- Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including recruitment-related social media content and career events.
Other HR Responsibilities
- Support HR operations, employee relations, HR programs, and other HR initiatives as assigned.
- Provide general HR support to employees and maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
- Take on additional HR responsibilities over time based on business needs.
Qualified candidates must have:
- 1+ years of HR experience with strong Talent Acquisition/recruitment experience.
- Hands-on experience with the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strong candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Experience in a Korean or Asian company and bilingual Korean/English proficiency are preferred.
