Job Description

Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Associate is responsible for providing general and administrative support to the HR and Employee Health departments. This position serves as the initial point of contact for all levels of staff and outside customers, utilizing customer support and service skills to help and resolve customer questions about policy and procedures and refer to specialists as needed. Position requires ability to take on special assignments and project work, proactively engage in process improvement initiatives, meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality. Maintains and ensures accuracy of employee personnel records and business processes within human resources information systems.

Education

Associates degree in Human Resources or Bachelors degree in related field required. 2 years experience in a comparable position required.

Experience

2 years of experience in a comparable position required. 3-5 years in Human Resources preferred.
