Urgent Care Group is creating the leading urgent care company by combining the best urgent care centers, resulting in significant economies of scale, greater operating efficiencies, and enhanced clinical quality. We focus on markets with growing populations that utilize urgent care, aiming to become a leader through acquiring and developing new centers in partnership with top urgent care providers and health systems.

We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our corporate team in St. Louis, MO. This hybrid role involves performing administrative tasks to support the HR department's effective and efficient operation, with required on-site days each week.

Responsibilities
  • Manage employee user access and identification, including creating logins and badges, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to new hires and staff.
  • Support high-volume recruitment efforts, including conducting phone screens, assessing qualifications, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate HR files, records, and documentation.
  • Answer FAQs from applicants and employees regarding policies, onboarding, and applications; escalate complex issues to senior HR staff or management.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of HR files and records.
  • Perform periodic audits of HR systems to verify credential accuracy.
  • Provide clerical support to the HR department.
  • Act as liaison with external vendors for account and application support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations professionally.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Ability to quickly learn HRIS, EMR systems, and related applications.
  • Prior office experience required.
  • Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
