What will you be doing?

  • Resource management: Assure effective selection, performance management and succession planning processes that align with business objectives, maximize workforce competence and diversity, while minimizing risk to the organization.
  • Strong partnership: Work closely with business partners to effectively guide and influence culture, leadership behaviors and implementation of best practices.
  • Implement best practices: Develop and roll-out on-going improvements of programs, processes, and training that are consistent with maintaining a respectful work environment and a high-performing organization.
  • Partner with HR team: Provide effective administration of all organizational changes systemically and in partnership with HR Shared Services, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Strategy and other relevant support areas.
  • Plan on-boarding: Execute Corporate On-Boarding for new associates by utilizing on-boarding planners and facilitating first day session.
  • Facilitate turnover process: Conduct exit interviews, creation & collection of separation agreements as necessary, final paychecks, expense management and collection of company assets.

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

  • BA or BS degree preferred or commensurate work experience.
  • 3-5 years Human Resources experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem solving, critical thinking, relationship building, collaboration.
  • Visio and MS Access experience preferred.
