Use ADP Workforce Now from the administrative side to assist with onboarding, employee records, documentation, reporting, and other HR functions.

Maintain and audit employee and contractor personnel/credentialing files.

Track required credentials, clearances, licenses, certifications, trainings, and expiration dates.

Follow up with staff regarding missing, incomplete, or expiring credentialing/compliance requirements.

Assist with ensuring personnel files meet Dunbar's internal and applicable external compliance requirements.

Maintain HR trackers, spreadsheets, employee records, and recruitment documentation.

Assist with employment verification and professional reference requirements.

Prepare HR correspondence, notices, forms, and other documentation.

Support employee training and orientation coordination.

Respond professionally to routine employee and applicant questions and appropriately escalated HR matters when necessary.

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee, applicant, and organizational information.

Provide additional administrative and HR support as needed.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience.

Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting.

Previous experience using ADP in an employer/administrator capacity.

Experience maintaining employee credentials, compliance documentation, and personnel files.

Strong understanding of HR administrative processes and employee onboarding.

Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Must be able to reliably commute to the Parkside Avenue office in West Philadelphia.

Must be available to consistently work the position's full on-site schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working in behavioral health, mental health, healthcare, or a similarly regulated environment.

Previous experience working with or knowledge of Community Behavioral Health (CBH) requirements.

Familiarity with behavioral-health employee/contractor credentialing requirements.

Experience supporting compliance audits and personnel-file reviews.

Experience with ADP Workforce Now specifically.

Ideal Candidate
