This onsite role supports recruiting and onboarding, maintains employee documentation, and assists with benefits and payroll-related processes to support day-to-day HR needs.
Working in person in Orlando, FL, you will provide administrative support across multiple HR functions, while helping ensure HR activities align with applicable employment requirements. The position is a part-time opportunity with defined seasonal hours and includes assistance across records, orientation, benefits administration, and related documentation.
The role is primarily conducted indoors with central A/C. Flexible and long hours may be required at times. You must be able to sit for an 8-hour shift and lift, push, pull, and carry 35 lbs. Frequent standing and walking may also be required to walk staff, members, and guests to their destinations.
