The (Bilingual Eng/Spa) Human Resources Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the HR department within a manufacturing environment by ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. This position is responsible for assisting with the front desk, recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and facilitating communication between management and staff. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple administrative tasks while upholding confidentiality and compliance with labor laws. The Human Resources Assistant contributes to fostering a positive workplace culture by supporting employee engagement initiatives and addressing routine HR inquiries. Ultimately, this position helps to streamline HR functions, enabling the organization to attract, retain, and develop a skilled workforce essential for manufacturing success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
