Job summary

EverPeak Recruitment is seeking a driven HR Administrator for a fast‑paced manufacturing environment in New York. You will support day‑to‑day HR operations, track timecards, and help with benefits, records, and compliance.

The role requires 1–3 years of administrative experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HR, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ADP. You’ll collaborate with department leaders on workforce planning and employee development.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of administrative support experience, ideally in payroll or HR admin.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn HR systems like ADP.

Responsibilities

  • Track timecards and vacation schedules and provide general HR support in a 24/7, three‑shift manufacturing environment.
  • Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, including attendance tracking through ADP
  • Identify training needs and assist with professional development initiatives
  • Guide employees through FMLA and other leave policies while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
  • Partner with department leaders on workforce planning and employee development
  • Support HR projects such as employee engagement surveys, planning sessions, and other initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality while providing approachable, responsive support to employees at all levels

We’re looking for a driven, proactive, and hands‑on Human Resources Administrator to join a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for an administrative professional who enjoys being involved in HR, working with employees at all levels, and jumping in wherever needed.

You’ll support day‑to‑day HR operations while also contributing to employee engagement, training, compliance, and other HR initiatives.

What You’ll Do
  • Track timecards and vacation schedules and provide general HR support in a 24/7, three‑shift manufacturing environment
  • Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, including attendance tracking through ADP
  • Identify training needs and assist with professional development initiatives
  • Guide employees through FMLA and other leave policies while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or a related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of administrative support experience, ideally in payroll or as an HR administrative support role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn HR systems like ADP
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm in a fast‑paced environment
  • A hands‑on, team‑oriented approach and willingness to jump in where needed
