Role Description: The Human Resources Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Union Gap, Washington USA. supporting day-to-day HR operations for the facility. This role manages employee data in HR systems, maintains personnel records, and assists with onboarding, offboarding, and changes in employment status. The Human Resources Administrator supports benefits administration by coordinating enrollments, responding to employee questions, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance. Daily responsibilities include preparing HR documents, processing and tracking HR-related transactions, assisting with policy communication, and helping to resolve routine employee inquiries. The role also collaborates with HR leadership on compliance reporting, supports training and development initiatives, and contributes to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) operations and HR Management, with experience supporting day-to-day HR activities.
  • Hands-on experience with Benefits Administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee communication.
  • Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and accurate data entry, reporting, and record maintenance.
  • Working knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, including basic compliance requirements and workplace regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office or equivalent); experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is an asset.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
