Aston Carter seeks a Human Resources Administrator to support recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll-related activities from its Salt Lake City location. The role covers employee relations, compliance reporting, and employee development across a permanent onsite setup.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of HR experience, with strong knowledge of employment laws and HRIS tools. This is a fully onsite role in Salt Lake City, UT.
We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to support a variety of HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, leave management, compliance reporting, payroll support, and employee development.
Support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Administer employee benefits, leaves of absence, and wellness programs.
Assist with performance management, employee development, and training programs.
Provide guidance on HR policies and employee relations matters.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Track HR metrics, maintain HR records, and prepare required reports (EEO-1, ACA, AAP, etc.).
Provide backup support for payroll processing and payroll-related inquiries.
Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS system.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
3+ years of Human Resources or Labor Relations experience.
Knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, benefits, and payroll processes.
Experience in construction, manufacturing, or union environments preferred.
PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

This is a Permanent position based out of Salt Lake City, UT.
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
